At Paw4Paw, we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.



1. Processing Time



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when your order has shipped.




2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.




3. Shipping Locations



  • We currently ship to United States, and most countries.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. (Optional — include only if true)




4. Order Tracking



  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s progress.




5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues



  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.




6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages



  • Paw4Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.




7. International Shipping 



  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
